HDC’s mission is to provide integrated, culturally-respectful mental health and addiction services that foster hope, self-determination, and recovery. Services include adult and child case management, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program, eating disorders treatment, employment assistance, social groups, outreach to homeless persons, outpatient and residential chemical dependency treatment, psychiatry, psychological assessment, psychotherapy, and more.
